CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 24 hours result in forfeiture of deposit and a 50% cancellation fee of your booked and missed service to rebook plus a new deposit to be applied towards your service. **ALL SERVICE FIXES DUE TO PREMATURE SHEDDING OR REASONABLE DISSATISFACTION WILL BE DONE UP TO 2 DAYS FROM SERVICE AT OUR DISCRETION** Any amendments outside of that time frame are subject to full service charge. *We do not offer refunds on services rendered* Lateness beyond 15 minutes are subject to a $15 fee as we wish to encourage our valued clients to arrive on time so we can complete the service with the quality you deserve from us.
