VenomLash is an eyelash extension salon located in Copiague, NY. Lisa and Melanie, Owners and Master Lash Artists of Venom Lash specializing in all styles of semi-permanent lash extensions. We also offer a wide range of Permanent makeup, brow services and a fully-equipped Tattoo Room with our Tattoo Artist Emily. All Beauty Services require a $20 non-refundable deposit due at booking which will be applied to your service. The remaining amount is due upon completion. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so immediately as any cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being ineligible to be applied to your next service appointment. A new deposit would be required to re-book plus a 50% cancellation fee. Please arrive to appointments on time and with clean lashes. If for whatever reason you are more than 15 minutes late, there will be a surcharge of $15. For fill-ins, you must have at least 40% of your lashes still intact otherwise you will need to be charged for a full set. For foreign fills, our artists do not mind filling another artists work as long as the lashes are the proper application and enough to fill otherwise a full set is required. All payments, aside from the booking deposit, are due upon completion of the service. We currently accept cash, Venmo, CashApp and Zelle. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% fee. **ANY ISSUES SUCH AS PREMATURE SHEDDING OR DISSATISFACTION ARE CORRECTED UP TO 2 DAYS FROM SERVICE** We do not offer refunds. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours result in forfeiture of deposit and a 50% cancellation fee of your booked and missed service to rebook plus a new deposit to be applied towards your service.
**ALL SERVICE FIXES DUE TO PREMATURE SHEDDING OR REASONABLE DISSATISFACTION WILL BE DONE UP TO 2 DAYS FROM SERVICE AT OUR DISCRETION**
Any amendments outside of that time frame are subject to full service charge.
